If you're planning a huge party, you can opt for Governors' Hall, which has a capacity of over 2,000 people. This 20,000-square-foot space boasts high ceilings, a grand staircase, and ornate chandeliers for an opulent celebration that will wow your guests. If your number is slightly smaller, you may choose the Michigan Ballroom, which accommodates up to 600 guests. This classic banquet hall is perfect for dining and dancing the night away. Outdoor options include the covered pavilion and the private beach club, which overlooks Grand Traverse Bay. The team at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa will do everything possible to ensure your special day lives up to your vision. Event essentials such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and sound and basic lighting will be provided for you, and the team will handle setup and cleanup of all resort items. The in-house caterer will create a delicious reception meal, served as a buffet, food stations, or a plated dinner. Bar services are also available, in the form of a cash or open bar.
