Creating unique desserts and classic cakes since 2008. Saxy chef Aubrey was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Upon realizing that desserts being served at the restaurants she was cooking at didn't match the high quality of the main meal, she realized to enjoy a truly satisfying dessert she would have to make them herself. Dessert often gets overlooked, or focused only on how it looks. We have made it our mission to end this cycle. We use only high-quality ingredients and source them locally whenever possible.
