Historic charm in a lakeside setting
The Lake House is where you will find the freedom to make your special occasion memorable with a personal touch. The Avondale Lake House is located just east of Atlanta, 7 miles from downtown Atlanta and 1 mile from downtown Decatur. The house accommodates 110 seated guests and 150 standing, buffet style guests. The Lakehouse features a foyer, main room with large wood dance floor and seating area where French doors open onto and outdoor patio. This patio can accoomodate a large tent.
