We offer use of charming décor with an array of props and decorations, including rustic wooden tree slabs, elegant flower vases, love story decor, whiskey barrels, galvanized tubs, and more. Our packages even feature a beautifully crafted wooden sweetheart table and an antique dessert table to add a touch of vintage charm to your celebration. We take care of the setup for you, providing tables, white resin folding chairs with padded seats, and linens for up to 200 guests. Choose between black or ivory linens for our round tables and black linens for rectangular tables, perfect for your DJ or caterer. Get ready for your special day in our private bridal house, where you'll find everything you need to prep in style. Enjoy large mirrors, flattering beauty lighting, and plenty of room to relax. Relax on the back or front porch with comfy patio furniture, and take advantage of the kitchen amenities, including a fridge and Keurig. We've got you covered with an emergency cabinet stocked with essentials, and a big steamer for those last-minute touch-ups. For the groom and his party, although they typically get ready off-site, our loft offers a cozy ready room with chairs, a mirror, and space to hang tuxedos. As much scheduled time as necessary for planning and coordination with vendors. With our open vendor policy (excluding beer + wine bartenders), you have the flexibility to bring in your preferred vendors to create the wedding of your dreams. Our bartending services are available at $25 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours for beer and wine service. For liquor service, we require the use of a vendor with a 3-way travel license, who may provide their bartender for your event. Capture every moment against the backdrop of our scenic property, with scheduled use for engagement photos and more. Our venue features ample parking areas, including dedicated spaces for the bridal party and handicapped guests, as well as a parking attendant on the day of the event. Ride services such as Uber and Lyft service our address for your guests' convenience. Rest assured, our dedicated venue manager will be on hand throughout your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and handle any unexpected issues that may arise.
