Horseshoe Lake was originally a 33-acre natural lake. In the early 1990s, owner Mike Matney purchased the lake and spent 11 years rebuilding this fish habitat. Chewelah is a beautiful spot for couples to celebrate their nuptials surrounded by exquisite views and their nearest and dearest. A retreat from the urban world, weddings at this property are the epitome of intimacy. With plenty of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and boating, this hidden gem of a location is ideal for couples who love to spend time outdoors. Surrounded by plenty of flora and fauna, couples can bond with nature whilst celebrating the love they share. Guests will have access to the entire 33-acre lake stocked with Rainbow and Brook trout to spend the weekend fishing. The venue is situated around 700 acres of private land, three-sided by national forest. All of which is accessible to guests who have exclusive access to the property when they book for two nights. Two cabins sit on the grounds and can accommodate up to ten overnight guests. The main cabin has a full kitchen and grill on the patio, complete with all the cooking essentials. It also boasts a hot tub, living room, tub and shower, and laundry. The second cabin has a poker table, half kitchen, toilet/shower, and a deck that looks over the lake. People visiting overnight are also welcome to bring their own campervans or tents. 3 Lakes Fly Fishing offers a breathtaking view where couples can tie say yes ai in front of their loved ones. The property provides float tubes, standing and sitting pontoon boats, log rafts, and aluminum boats to fish from. In order to accommodate you and your guests, the staff can also assist in the set-up of your event. The team will remain on-site throughout your celebration to accommodate any momentary needs that may arise. The altar and chairs are provided and can be decorated to your unique style.
