With a desire for new opportunities, she then moved to America to become a Pastry Chef. Melian also worked at a nutritional company for several years where she gained more knowledge about various diets and health. Throughout her experience in producing cakes and desserts for her clients, she developed a talent for accommodating a variety of dietary needs and preferences. Now, this dedicated chef is delighted to create both traditional and diet-friendly cakes for celebrations of love. Each wedding cake is made completely from scratch.
