The breathtaking Birdsong Pavilion is nestled on quintessential Tennessee rolling hills and offers guests 360-degree views of magical sunsets and surrounding vistas. Opening in May of 2020, these luxury facilities and natural vibe create a special and unique place to create lasting memories for our clients and all of their guests. Facilities and Capacity Setter Point Farm offers multiple outdoor spaces for couples to utilize on their special day. The venue boasts an enormous (75' x 50') wooden platform deck that is surrounded by a grove with mature trees with breathtaking views of the Piney River valley and is ideal for nature-loving couples who wish to host an outdoor ceremony. Hosting up to 200 guests, the deck and venue's pavilion structure is open on all sides offering a covered outdoor option for wedding receptions. This bright and airy pavilion boasts two stories: the main reception level and an upstairs portion which doubles as the luxury bridal suite. The bridal suite/lounge level features two spacious decks where the bride and her bridesmaids can take in the breathtaking views while utilizing the salon area to get ready in style inside! The wooden structures are adorned with extremely high-end finishes and immaculate landscaping which complement the venue's warm rustic luxury ambiance. The property's centrally heated and cooled breathtakingly unique three unisex restrooms are just a step or two away from the pavilion and offer convenience and comfort for guests. In addition to the main event spaces, the grounds offer multiple picturesque ceremony locations as well as overnight lodging in the bridal suite as well as the totally renovated 31' Airstream trailer just a short walk from the pavilion. Other Facilities In addition to Setter Point's ceremony and reception spaces, the venue features a stunning heated and cooled bridal suite adorned with four hair and makeup stations, a full kitchen, lounge area, and television and Bluetooth stereo making it ideal for preparation on your big day. Your chosen caterer is welcome to use the huge covered cooking shack behind the restrooms which has city electric and water hook-ups while preparing your wedding meal. While waiting for their dinner your guests can relax and enjoy their time in front of the venue's wood-burning fire pit or just take a stroll around the property to take in all the views.
