The most precious jewel of all, the Diamond, Ruthmere Mansion offers an exquisite wedding experience. Ruthmere Mansion was built in 1908 and is in the Historic Beardsley District in Elkhart, Indiana. Your grand celebration will take place in a vintage setting surrounded by history, art, and elegance. The main courtyard is a traditional French “blue and white” formal garden and seats 150 guests at outdoor ceremonies during the warm summer months and into the early fall. You might have heard the term “MicroWedding” floating around recently—this type of wedding has become hugely popular during the COVID pandemic. You might think of a MicroWedding as a miniature version of a regular-sized wedding. Ruthmere Museum Campus offers several sites that are perfect for your special day. The MicroWedding costs $400 and is limited to 5 individuals (bridegroom, bride, officiate and 2 witnesses). Added guests will be charged an additional amount. If you want an intimate and personal wedding celebration our Ruby MicroWedding is the answer! Opting for a historic venue—we have a perfect place for you: The Emerald of Ruthmere Campus, The Havilah Beardsley House! This historic home was built in 1848 for Elkhart’s founder, Havilah Beardsley. On-site accommodations are available in the Havilah Beardsley House, which is elegantly furnished with chaise lounges, hardwood floors, and a marble fireplace. From the grand staircase to the classic Italian marble fireplace, your day will become an unforgettable event!
