Grace River Island specializes in destination sunset weddings with up to 80 guests on the wedding day and up to 20 guests staying overnight in the house. Most brides choose 2-5 nights making it a relaxing and fun wedding weekend with rehearsal/rehearsal dinner onsite, then all day wedding event, then following day brunch/lunch/BBQ/pool/lawn games. GRIR offers a plethora of outdoor and indoor event spaces for year round celebrations. The island boasts a large ceremony area overlooking the water and sunset, a clubhouse, a beautiful courtyard, a swimming pool, a large reception deck area, and much more. The venue can host up to 80 guests for outdoor ceremonies and receptions and an indoor clubhouse in case of inclement weather. You and your loved one can exchange vows on the artificial turf overlooking the river. No sand or mud to mess up your wedding day. As the Sunshine State’s glorious weather enhances your event, you and your guests can raise a toast to your milestone moment. Outdoor festivities can continue on the deck area and adjacent lawns for cocktail parties and receptions. The on-site house includes separate suites for both the bridal party and the grooms party to prepare on the day of the event. The bridal suite includes a large room with many mirrors, full bathroom plus a half-bath as well as a loft for the ladies sleepover. The groom’s room features a TV, bathroom, large mirrors and more. There are also 6 bedrooms in the house and 8 bathrooms (5 full and 3 half) for overnight stays. The house includes a prep kitchen available to caterers to use on your special day. Grace River Island also provides an array of items including tables, chairs, white table cloths, an arbor as well as setup, tear down and cleanup to ensure that your day is exactly how you’ve always dreamed.
