PLEASE SUBMIT AN INQUIRY FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS*** A rustic retreat on a peaceful farm, Old Saco Inn welcomes weddings to its setting in Fryeburg, ME. On their journey to the barn, couples weave through dense forests and peaceful farmland. With views over the Old Course Saco River, they can escape from reality and focus on marking their love in this monumental manner. With the White Mountains rising around them, couples can be immersed in romance and nature while they say I do. Old Saco Inn sits on 65 acres of idyllic Maine countryside. Owners and innkeepers Bruce and Jon love to meet new couples and help them express their love for one another. Both previously worked as registered nurses in the Delaware area, and so taking care of people is a top priority. Through their current work in hospitality, they get to make friends for life and help people’s dreams come true. The barn is a reflection of this duo’s commitment to honoring both the past and future of their state. Local craftsmen and woodworkers used centuries-old techniques when constructing the timber used. This is coupled with romantic antique-style chandeliers and modern climate controls. The barn at Old Saco Inn was designed with life’s biggest moments in mind. The recently refurbished farm building can hold up to 258 guests in its open-plan space. Exposed woodwork adds a sense of warmth and authenticity, while timber floors are ready for dancing feet. Attached to the barn, guests will find an elegant patio and walkways that lead them into the surrounding countryside. The picturesque Old Course Saco River provides the perfect backdrop for a wedding photo that encapsulates the atmosphere of your day. Between the Lodge and the Carriage House, there are nine guest rooms available for overnight accommodations. Up to 50 guests can be seated in the restaurant dining room for a delicious meal, while an onsite pub is perfect for making a toast. There is ample parking on the grounds for guests traveling by car. During the winter months, guests who choose to stay overnight can explore snowmobile trails or snowshoe through the forest.
