Whipped a Brunch Truck is a Brunch inspired Food Trailer, We specialize in Wedding, Private Events, and more. We are a smaller unit that can travel to just about anywhere. We are a new yet rapidly growing company and woman owned. My Husband and I have had a background in the food industry for over 10 years. I attended culinary arts school and have baked for over 12 years as an independent food cottage baker. This has been a life long dream come to life and I enjoy working with clients to make there special day/event special and one to remember! A quick overview of what we can offer (can possibly incorporate other things as well, such as providing juices and fruit for mimosa bars, baked goods, etc.) Please see our photos for the other menu's we have available. The Packages offered are as follows. Package A: Sandwich, chips, pickle $11-$13 Package B: A + Drink $ 12-13 (depending on drink) Package C: A + B + Mini cupcake or cookie $14-$15 (several flavors to choose from) Package D: A + B + C + Waffle Bites $19-$20 (waffle bites will come as a dessert side with a salted caramel dipping sauce) Current Sandwich options are: Ham & Cheese (Black forest ham, Gruyere, Caramelized Onion Mustard) Grilled Cheese (Boursin Cheese, White Cheddar, Pesto) Turkey (Oven Roasted Turkey, Ricotta Sundried Tomato Pesto, Fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella) Pimento Grilled Cheese (Pimento Cheese, cheddar, bacon onion jam) Porker (Bacon onion jam, black forest ham, egg, gouda cheese.) All Sandwiches are pressed on a panini press. We require a $250 non refundable deposit to hold the date that will go towards the total cost. We also require a $500 minimum for a private event which counts as part of your package cost. To hold your date we do require a $250 non refundable deposit. Whipped a Brunch Truck is a smaller trailer so we travel to most places. With that being said we serve everyone with a ticket system or a trickle system where clients will come to pick between the sandwich options we discuss.
