Claudette Renard began catering to her friends and family after many years working in the restaurant business. In 1984 she started Renard Country Elegance Old Fashioned Deli & Catering in a small building on three corners with some of her mothers recipes and a philosophy of Quality, Quantity & Variety for all of her customers. The business has expanded into a large modern kitchen, but still follows her rules of using the best ingredients in every recipe, providing generous portions, and giving more choices on every menu than our competitors.
