Situated in Gulf Shores, AL, The Veranda is a mansion and wedding venue. In front of the venue is a 100-foot beach, providing a sense of tranquility to the location. You can say “I do” enveloped by the sound of the waves and the echoes of birdsong. The location and the house combine for a venue full of romance. While The Veranda does not offer wedding packages, we will gladly recommend local vendors (caterers, florists, rental companies, etc.) after booking. Throughout most of the year, we require only a 4-night minimum stay. Our summer season is 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday). The waterfront house is designed to be luxurious. Sophisticated decor in soft color palettes brings the hues of the gulf inside. It also creates a cozy feel that provides you and your guests' comfort. An array of windows throughout the building not only gives you ample views of the outside but also allows the softness of natural light to enter the house. This subtle and understated design not only lends itself to a sense of refinement but also makes the space easy to personalize. Inside The Veranda, up to 100 individuals can be accommodated. A boardwalk along the beach allows you and your guests to enjoy the beauty of the water without getting sand on your fine clothing. The house contains an elevator too, which makes the building more accessible. The main level is designed to be open and spacious while providing you with views of the water and surrounding area. A kitchen in the building allows food to be prepared for your guests on site for fresh flavors. On the main deck area, you can mingle and dine on hors d'oeuvres while taking in the sights. Dressing rooms can be set up on the third floor or it can function for the honeymoon. The house has a total of 10 bedrooms and sleeps 31, providing a plethora of space for getting ready. For the convenience of your nearest and dearest, there is parking on the property which is also covered in the case of the weather.
