Wedding Packages Include Access to Adelaide’s ‘Something Borrowed Room’ full of decorations you can use on your big day! This includes linens, chargers, votives and more! Venue set up & pack up White ceremony chairs Reception tables & Chiavari chairs Sweetheart table & chairs Bridal suite and groom room Multiple garden areas to choose from for your ceremony (in case of rain, under the pavilion, still in the garden) Venue staff available before, during, and/or after your event for assistance/service Gazebo Choose your own vendors OR select from our preferred vendor list Indoor restrooms (one is wheelchair accessible) Private/secure spacious parking lot Spacious dance floor under bistro lights PLANNING APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS AVAILABLE for our booked couples to visit the venue for vendor visits, plan decor, meet with staff, etc. Engagement shoot and bridal shoots available Monday-Friday by appointment if venue is available. Payment plan: We are happy to help you set up a weekly/monthly payment plan to assist with financial planning until the balance is paid off. Rehearsal: Rehearsals can be done the day before the wedding for 1 hour free of charge IF THE VENUE IS AVAILABLE. OR Our couples enjoy the option to add a Rehearsal (5-9pm for a small fee)- up to 40 guests - the evening before your wedding day. You can have your rehearsal on-site, do your decor, and have your rehearsal dinner on the evening before your wedding day. *Rain plan: Oh yes, we do have a rain plan! We explain on your tour! *MAXIMUM VENUE CAPACITY: up to 120 guests Additional Costs Associated with Venue Rental We require that our couples purchase Commercial General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability (if serving alcohol), in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. These policies usually cost around $150-$200. DAY-OF COORDINATOR IS REQUIRED: Evergreen Magnolia Events ($650 Day-of Coordination) is preferred for all your wedding planning/ coordination needs! Other coordinators are welcome as well! If you are serving alcohol at your event, you must hire a security guard to be present while the alcohol is being served (cocktail hour and reception). This is usually $40/hr.
