This home and it’s surrounding farmland has been meticulously owned and cared for by our family since 1917, and it has witnessed the growth and development of 6 of our family generations. The 10 acre yard and gardens around the house are enveloped with majestic live oaks, towering magnolias, perennial gardens , and an elegant boxwood garden. The property has a 1000 sq. Ft. Pavilion, 3 ponds, a new skeet range, sunflower and wildflower fields, rows and rows of planted pines, walking / ATV trails, developing wild quail habitat, and the most spectacular sunsets to be found.
