With three floors of lovingly restored 1880s building space encompassing more than 30,000 square feet, the Oliver Building is unlike any other venue in the city. Family-owned and operated, you’re more than just a number for us. We have two full suites with private restrooms and amenities to get ready and for a bit of peace and quiet during your event, plus a large third suite typically used for the family.
