In the last 25 years, Blue Diamond developed strong relationships with local farmers and purveyors and serves stunningly creative dishes for intimate gatherings, mobs of 2000, celebrity-studded affairs, rare cross country challenges, glamorous fashion shows and rocking as a high volume tailgate warrior. But Chef/Owner; Brad Ford is very happy cooking for regular folks like him and even budget weddings because he occasionally falls for young couples in love and their colorful families, much like his own.
