Pierce bequeathed the property to the town of Lincoln, requesting that it be made available to the public for year-round celebrations. This idyllic estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition to beautiful wedding events, this venue has also hosted art exhibitions, summer concerts, and film screenings. Also found in the township of Lincoln is the Walden Pond Reservation, DeCordova Museum, and Minute Man National Park. This venue is situated less than a 30-minute drive from Boston. Pierce House oozes refined elegance and an air of a by-gone era. Here, you and your guests will feel like you have stepped back in time. The stately architecture of this property is perfectly suited to hosting grand wedding occasions. The grounds of the estate hold many natural treasures to enjoy, such as woodlands, ponds, local wildlife, and much more. Both the entirety of the house, the large wrap-around porch, and the grounds can be utilized for your wedding festivities. The surrounding natural landscape provides many scenic spots to host your heartfelt wedding ceremony. For your grand reception, you have the choice of the mansion interior, or during summer months, a white wedding tent. The house itself encompasses four spacious event rooms that can seat up to 75 guests combined. The wedding tent offers accommodation for up to 200 guests for an evening of dining and dancing. The tent can be strung with cafe lights and designed in the layout of your choice to create your chosen aesthetic. The second floor of the house offers two private dressing rooms which can be utilized by the wedding party for convenient day-of preparations. The kitchen includes a six-burner stove, convection oven, and double fridge, allowing for on-site catering.
