Hi! We’re Bites & Bashes, a catering company founded by mother-daughter duo Julie and Crystal Coser, but supported by our amazing team of trained chefs and event planners. Chef Julie has been in the restaurant and catering industry for 25 years, and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with highest honors. She continues her education by traveling the world to bring back new ideas and fresh flavors to her menus. After graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and double minor in French and the History of Art, Crystal planned celebrity parties and large-scale corporate events in Hollywood. She also keeps her finger on the pulse of the hottest dining trends as the Associate Editor of Eater LA.
