Feil, the 1928 penthouse was L.A.'s first Art Deco residence. Sporting custom-made furniture by Saddier et Fils, etched-glass windows by Gaetan Jeannin, and ceiling lights by Lalique were imported directly from Paris, it is a place of celebration and awe. The 2,714 square foot penthouse is broken up over 6 rooms including a "getting ready" suite with a private Art Deco bathroom, a small library, a fully-furnished cocktail lounge with a historic bar, and a two-level 4,703 square foot terrace. Now a rooftop wedding and event venue, The Oviatt welcomes all manner of nuptial celebrations, such as engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Intimate elopements, allowing the exchange of vows surrounded by the electricity of the city have also been happily hosted here. Celebrations at The Oviatt can be attended by up to 120 guests. The venue includes an outdoor rooftop event deck, where you and your guests can marvel at the views of downtown Los Angeles. Both ceremonies and receptions can be held on the rooftop deck and inside the penthouse's Art Deco cocktail lounge, thanks to its flexible floor plan.
