An array of buffet packages are available which all include catering equipment, serving staff, china, glassware, flatware, and cake cutting service. Couples can choose from a selection of tray-passed hors d’oeuvres or appetizer displays for their cocktail hour. Entree options include cajun marinated sirloin steak with bourbon butter and black rice tabbouleh. Carving stations are also available alongside an array of side dishes and desserts.
