We can cater an event as a pop-up restaurant or include one of our state-of-the-art mobile kitchens to serve fresh food - from our grill to your plate. Our chef and owner - Alex Del Corral is from Peru and has had ample training in the US and Puerto Rico for many years. Latin Fixin's is a family owned and operated business. second owner Kiara Marcano has been in the wedding industry for years as a destination wedding coordinator, she is now our events coordinator and can work closely with brides to create the perfect menu for your special day.
