At Gretchen Dunn Cakes, each cake is a unique creation. We create every flower by hand, using sugar, petal by petal, and leaf by leaf. Our sugar flowers are edible, and Gretchen can replicate most types of flowers in any color. Being made of sugar the flowers contain no pesticides, don't wilt, and can be kept as a treasured memento. Owner Gretchen will work with you to identify the style, and overall aesthetic you envision for your cake design. At your consultation, the number of servings required, and the colors you would like are also considered. The delicious menu offers flavors like vanilla bean cake with blackberry-basil compote. Dark chocolate, carrot, or lemon cake are just a few of the many flavors on offer. At a tasting, you have the opportunity to decide what you like best.
