Built in 1902, The Brawley Estate has quite a history. The house is a gorgeous Queen Anne Victorian structure that has been built on almost 22 acres surrounded by beautiful hardwood trees that make for some great wedding photographs. The Brawley Estate includes a beautiful pavilion and formal pergola. With its 3400 square feet of space, plus covered overhang, there is plenty of room for up to 250 people for both receptions and ceremonies. (more for partial seating) The best part of the estate is the flexibility, privacy and freedom to move from inside to outside for on site grilling or yard games.
