This rural property has a standard capacity for events of up to 150 guests in size, whatever the weather. South Farms can host more than 150 guests with tented receptions.(at an additional cost) If you seek a more intimate gathering of fewer than 75 guests, the lounge and bull room can by themselves fulfill your needs. Additionally, we have on-site catering and include rental items such as dishware, flatware, and glassware. South Farms hosts weddings as well as private parties and other celebrations. The venue staff offers bartending services, event setup, and event cleanup, the fee also includes an Event Coordinator to assist in planning your big day! Additionally, this team has a pet-friendly ethos for your ceremony and outdoor portion of the cocktail hour. They will also provide you with a list of suitable vendors if desired.
