Rooms will not be reserved without a signed rental form and reservation deposit. Balance of rental fee and damage deposit are due NO LATER than 2 weekss prior to event date. Additional fees and/or damage deposits may be required for unique events. If no damage or additional cleanup is incurred, your damage deposit check will be returned to you within 14 days of your event. No outside food or beverage can be brought into the Gillespie Center. The Gillespie Center has a list of preferred caterers. Caterers requested that are not on the approved list are subject to approval by the rental event coordinator. If approved, renter must pay an additional $3 per person or guarentee given to caterer. This must be paid prior to event (this will cover the plate charge our aprroved caterers now pay us).
