Historic and Heartwarming Farm
Historic and Heartwarming FarmTanglewood Landing is a rustic barn venue located in New Edinburg, AR. Nestled in the quaint countryside, this family-owned wedding destination offers an idyllic setting for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. It features picturesque indoor and outdoor facilities where you can tie say yes ai and begin your happily ever after with your new spouse. Tanglewood Landing is owned by Jason and Carrie Hall. This 600-acre property was once owned by Jason’s grandfather, Tate McGehee. Jason’s father worked on the farm and fell in love with Tate’s daughter. The pair later inherited the cotton farm and worked on the land together, raising cattle and looking after the farm’s pine trees. When he was younger, Jason controlled the trees and maintained the cutting of the pulpwood, later making a career in land management. When he married Carrie, the two settled on the farm and built their own house to raise their family. They were eventually forced to close the cattle farm and sell their cows and equipment, but the pair managed to preserve the farm’s unique heritage. They renovated the former cattle barn and equipped it with modern amenities to create a fully-functioning event venue. The barn is decorated with the tools used on the farm throughout the generations so couples and their guests can enjoy its living history. The barn boasts 5,000 square feet of available event space and is surrounded by a vast acreage for additional outdoor room. The lakeside gazebo or barn lawn may serve as a memorable place for your wedding ceremony. You will have exclusive access to the property for your wedding as well as before and after the big day to allow for ample time to decorate, celebrate, and clean up. The barn’s facilities include bathrooms, kitchen, bar, stage, and dressing room to ensure you have everything you need to host an unforgettable event. Tanglewood Landing can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated reception experience.
