Custom Cut Craft Ice
At Melt New Orleans we specialize in large format ice of all sizes and shapes; including cubes, spheres, and spears, customized for your glassware and needs. Melt offers the cleanest, clearest, hardest and slowest melting ice available in New Orleans. We filter our water 5X and then finish the purification process with reverse osmosis, so our water stock is pristine. It takes 3 ½ days to form our ice blocks in a Clinebell ice maker, which utilizes unidirectional freezing along with circulation pumps. Our ice has no air or impurities and forms the tightest crystalline lattice work that time and effort can attain. We also make and provide solid ice punch bowls, and luges as well as offering crushed ice and Kold-Draft ice.
