The term “Farm to table” comes from the idea that the less time and fewer hands it takes for the food to get from the farm to the table, the fresher, more environmentally sensitive and community-minded it is. From local Louisiana farmers to family-owned farms all over the South, we bring you locally grown food directly from the source. Our menus are created by Chef Melissa Araujo and her talented team of restaurant-trained chefs using beautiful seasonal ingredients sourced from local artisans and farmers across Louisiana and the South.
