Waking up at 4am each day to provide you with freshly-baked goodies is easy when you love what you do, and seeing the delight and surprise on our customers' faces keeps us going. Quality ingredients equals a quality product, and we use organic and local ingredients when possible, though sometimes, we do pay homage to our Southern roots, and aren't afraid of a little (make that alot!) butter, a candy bar, or even some bacon.
