We like to be described as an upmarket catering company. We use fresh ingredients, rubs and marinades and while our menus are "like mom used to make", our food styling is so unique and current. We customize 100% of our menus, with our clients' help. We take your catering needs, what your guests will receive well and your food budget and we use those things as parameters for the menu design. We can execute any style of menu, from stations, passed hors d'oeuvres to a seated dinner. We do require wait attendants, so your family & friends can enjoy the event. We do not offer bar service but we do partner with several local companies that handle that for you. We specialize in weddings and love the high, positive emotion of the day.
