With elegant furnishings throughout, this sophisticated space offers a romantic setting for all of your wedding celebrations, from the engagement party to day-after brunch. Built in 1895, Candoren has been carefully restored to create a grand, yet welcoming, event space. You can gather for the day in the first floor and outdoor spaces with 50 to 200 event guests. If you want to celebrate with an overnight or longer celebration, the 7000 SF mansion provides five bedrooms and five baths to accommodate up to 15 overnight guests in relaxed comfort. Schedule a complimentary visit to tour the home and see the various layouts available for your event. All rentals include the gorgeous 1200 piece vintage china collection, along with complimentary linens, crystal, flatware, glassware, tables and chairs for 60+ guests. Select your favorites and bring your vision to life! Make your own arrangements to bring in catering and bar service, or use Candoren's professionals for all food and beverage needs, as well as wedding planning and design services. Pricing is customized based on the amount of service you require. Daily rentals for six hours start at $240. Overnight rentals start at $579 for the entire property. Wedding packages with use of facility and all party items (china, crystal, flatware, tables, chairs, linens and silk flowers) start at $30 per person for basic catering and non-alcoholic beverages. Bar service packages are customized based on guest requirements.
