The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, constructed in 2015, was originally designed as a visitor center where guests could view the creation process of some of the best artisan, grass-fed cheeses in Wyoming County. Owners Gary and Betty Burley designed the property to incorporate the natural beauty of the local lumber with the open, bright atmosphere of the countryside to create a stunning community area. Now welcoming couples and their families, The Chalet at East Hill Creamery takes pride in hosting intimate ceremonies and romantic receptions. The Chalet offers four rooms for use during the wedding celebrations, with space to accommodate up to 184 people. Two private get-ready rooms are available for the newlyweds and their respective wedding parties to avail of in preparation for their walk down the aisle. The Silver Lake Room is ideal for welcoming guests, cocktail hours, or intimate receptions, with space for a dance floor and wedding DJ or band. Dinner and receptions can be served in the Alpine Room, a romantic area that can be decorated for an indoor ceremony. Couples can avail of the skills and talent of the in-house culinary team at Old Souls during their event. A selection of wedding packages is also available to ensure every occasion gets the treatment it deserves. The Pine Package is a one-day celebration option that includes access from 7 a.m. to midnight, tables, chairs, set-up, and tear-down. Larger packages include space for rehearsals, catering options, a dessert bar, a four-hour open premium bar, a coffee bar, and rentals of china, glassware, linens, and flatware.
