Coming into its concourse you are treated to a 1,500-squre-foot art gallery decorated by local artists that can be transformed into a gathering spot perfect for a cocktail hour. The gallery opens into Location215’s two modern and bright main spaces where you are treated to the radiance of an entire wall of 9-foot windows that allows a flood of natural light onto the studios’ polished concrete floor. Designed For You Location 215 features two flexible event spaces: East Studio and West Studio in addition to the main lobby. Depending on the flow of your event, your guests will shift room to room. 7,500 square feet of combined space, with 15-foot ceilings and 9-foot windows Cocktails/Receptions: 300 people Sit-Down Dinners: 180 people The studios are designed to flow with the connecting art gallery and can be used as one full space.
