We are three friends who have been in the food and beverage industry our entire working careers. Utilizing our creativity and passion, we aspire to make every event unique. We believe delicious, thoughtful food doesn't need to be pretentious. Our culinary focus is to procure food that is as local and as fresh as possible. We aspire to minimize our waste as much as poissible by using every part of the produce, composting, and donating leftovers to Portland shelters. As we grow as a company, our goal is to find ways to give back to the community. Our mission is to find creative ways to feed our neighbors in need.
