Pledge Your Love in Historic Med City
Studio 324, situated in Rochester, MN, is an old-time wedding venue with a contemporary twist. Located in the heart of the city’s Downtown neighborhood, this property has been welcoming couples to celebrate their love here for many years. Married owners Shawn and Michelle Fagan delight in inviting soon-to-be newlyweds to share their distinctive property with them. Owing to its open plan design, the spacious interior can be arranged and adapted to suit your stylistic preferences. Combining vintage charm with modern minimalism, this Gopher State gem can accommodate your ceremony and reception. Constructed in the late 1800s, Studio 324 has enjoyed a varied past, having been a bakery, cafe, and an antique store. Shawn and Michelle purchased the property in 2007 to use it as a sleek photography studio. Enamored by its old-world beauty, they decided to transform it into a private events venue in 2010. The building is replete with exposed brick walls and traditional windows, details that are reminiscent of its 19th-century architecture. There are also a series of stylish touches that complement the interior’s classic-meets-vogue vibe, including trendy lighting fixtures and comfy furniture items. Here, you can enjoy your “I do” moment before rearranging the space into a reception area. Able to receive a hundred of your nearest and dearest, the venue is ideal for both intimate and large gatherings. Your out-of-town guests are sure to be pleased with the building’s downtown location, as several hotels are within walking distance. Events at Studio 324 can last up to six hours, with additional hours available upon request. A variety of event items can be provided, including chairs, linens, tables, and top-quality audiovisual equipment. You have the freedom to bring in your own vendors, and the team is happy to give you a list of their preferred caterers, DJs, and officiants. As an added touch, you and your beloved can arrange a personal tour of the property to become familiar with the facilities.
