A Historic Gathering Place
A Historic Gathering PlaceWest Hills Vineyards is a wedding venue lying on a historic piece of land in the town of Salem, OR. What was once the home of the 18th governor of Oregon started as a homestead in the 1800s and became a beautiful family farm. The 1886 farmhouse still stands to this day next to the wine-tasting room and bistro. A brand new chapel that will be completed in May of 2024 will complete the historic property and make it every couples dream venue. West Hills Vineyards offers a host of fantastic locations for your ceremony and reception, both indoor and outdoor. You can choose to swap your vows in the traditional church setting or do so out in the open under the warm summer sun. After your loved ones rejoice and toast to the newlyweds, you and your party can move to the large pavilion and expansive lawn. This area is tucked in behind the governor's mansion and can accommodate up to 150 people. Each setting is available to book as a standalone for a more intimate gathering. Don't forget the putting green and bocce ball court to entertain your guests and bridal party! An expansive and beautifully appointed bridal suite and a private room for the groomsmen to get ready are available at West Hills Vineyards, equipped with bathrooms, sitting areas, beauty bars, and all mod cons. Once everyone is looking their finest, you and your partner can ring the antique bell in the bell tower to signify the start of the best day of your lives.
