With an obsessive focus on using the freshest ingredients, Chef and Owner, Petros, has found the best way to do this was to grow much of his own produce on his farm in Santa Ynez, as well as importing main ingredients from his hometown in Greece (such as olive oil, honey, herbs and local cheese). Additionally, with our Petros Winery in Los Olivos, all V&V weddings get an exclusive private label wine experience, only available at V&V and other Petros properties.
