South Walton's Newest Wedding and Event Venue boasts a 5,000 Square Foot Pavilion on 10 acres of land and surrounded by 500 acres of beautiful State Forest. The venue is capable of holding up to 350 seated guests, with plenty of room for parking. Because of Point Washington Preserve's private location, you don't have to worry about violating the noise ordinance, which sets them apart from their competitors and allows for a secluded, freedom-infused feel. The Preserve can be as rustic as you can envision yet also be as elegant/poetic as you can possibly imagine. Small intimate weddings/events can be achieved as well as large R.S.V.P. events. We have an Industrial Prep Kitchen, 2 ready suites as well as a common prep area and restrooms. All in close proximity to the Pavilion. Outside Ceremony and Fire Pit area are available. We have Administration, Planning and Coordination options that will assist in as little or as much as needed.
