WEDDING PLANNERS The JW Marriott Camelback Inn requires that you employ an outside professional/certified wedding planner to assist with your wedding arrangements, ceremony, rehearsal and reception; the resort must pre-approve your planner and their qualifications. The wedding planner will work with you to coordinate all aspects of your rehearsal and ceremony, and may assist with your vendors, as appropriate. Your Camelback Inn Wedding Event Manager can provide you with names of our recommended planners. A minimum of 60 days for the Planner is acceptable. The hotel requires an event review meeting with you and your wedding planner no less than 2 weeks prior to your event.
