Gorrono Ranch is a truly unique mountain venue perched on the side of the San Juan mountain range. Named after the family that built the ranch, Gorrono was a Basque sheep herder’s farm in the 1800’s. Recently renovated, today Gorrono is our mid-mountain ski lodge and our main dining venue for skiers and snowboarders. In addition to the main lodge there are two smaller historic cabins that can be used as private bride & groom dressing rooms, gaming rooms, a venue for scotch/cigar/wine tastings, or your own cabin for private winter luncheons during the ski season. Within the main lodge there are two large dining rooms, cozy stone fireplaces and plenty of space for bands, DJ’s and dancing. Gorrono can accommodate groups up to 200 guests.
