Once a Bank, Now Your Glamorous Wedding Venue
Located in Troy, OH, Lockbox 290 is a venue that was once a historic bank and is now a gorgeous reception hall. Couples wanting a unique environment for their wedding occasion will be able to enjoy the intricate decor of this one-of-a-kind building. Opening its doors for the first time as an event space in 2020, this venue’s fixtures are a mixture of modern and classical. Marrying the best of both worlds, Lockbox 290 is truly entrancing. The sight of the impressive design of Lockbox 290 greets guests upon entry. Stepping in, guests will notice forty-foot ceilings and a mezzanine. This scenery inspires thoughts of grandeur while natural light ethereally lights the room. East-facing windows bring the outdoors in and white marble floors create a sense of lasting elegance. Up to 300 guests can enjoy an event here, relishing in all the sights that are offered. Hidden away in the lower level, the main vault is also an attraction within itself. There are various packages that couples can select from. The most comprehensive package includes a Saturday rental as well as full access to the main level and mezzanine. It also provides get-ready suites, access to the bar, and both tables and chairs for guests. Alternatively, the most economical option includes the same services, with the removal of get-ready suites. Notably, it is instead available for a four-hour window during weekdays. To serve liquor at the wedding event, couples can hire a licensed bartender. Hosts are also welcome to select their caterer or choose one from the venue’s preferred list. For guests, there is available streetside weekend parking or local lots are just a short walk around the corner. If parking on the street, attendees are advised to observe the two-hour parking limit during weekday use. If couples have further questions on the property, or if they would like to take a tour, they are welcome to reach out to the Lockbox 290 staff.
