Owners Lewis Flinn and Douglas Carter Beane have both had long careers on Broadway. When life as they knew it paused in 2020, they turned their creativity to restoring the barn. With indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception settings, The Old Carter Barn has much to offer you and your partner on your special day. Couples can also have their ceremony at the quaint nearby Lake Carey Chapel. With a lakefront gazebo and patio space alongside the barn, there is space for the ceremony and reception. The incredible staff offers day-of coordination and planning help to make all your dreams come true. With a shared love of production, the team at Old Carter Barn are certified wedding planners who thrive on perfecting even the most minor details and look forward to welcoming others to their little slice of heaven on their big day. Full weekend rental allows couples ample time to set up and clean up the provided tables, chairs, and onsite decorations. Audio equipment is provided, and you are welcome to bring in outside vendors for everything you need to make your dream day a reality.
