Michael G. Bannon, head chef and founder of Bannon Catering, has been cooking since he was eight years of age starting out like any other aspiring child chef does—in the kitchen with his grandmother! During his time spent with his grandmother he was exposed to a wide variety of food cultures such as Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Korean and many more. This exposure gave Michael an appreciation for food that many children do not experience and has lead him to realize his gift with food and preparing it.
